Pre-consultation: Share your specific concerns and desired outcomes through a pre-consultation questionarie. This helps me gather insights and curate resources personalised to your family's needs.
One-on-one session (1 hour): Our Zoom call offers a safe space for us to address your challenges, collaborate on goals, and develop actionable steps.
Post-consultation support: You'll receive a comprehensive email summary of our session, along with relevant resources and tools to keep you on track. I'm also available for a follow-up email within a week to answer any lingering questions.
